　こんにちは、研究員Bです。
　22日にネパールから帰国する研究員Kに代わり、そのあと私が入れ替わりでカトマンズ入りすることになっております。また現地からいろいろとレポートしたいと思いますので、どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

　さて、ホームページでも告知しておりますが、HiPeCでは今月下旬に3つの公開セミナーを集中して企画しております。その最初の一回目はすでにあさってにせまっておりますが、ここでまとめて告知させていただきます。

■第4回HiPeC平和構築懇談会「ミンダナオ和平を語る」
日時：2010年10月21日（木）11：00～12：30
場所：広島大学大学院国際協力研究科　１階大会議室

＊外務省の招きで来日するフィリピン・ミンダナオ和平関係者５名（政府側、
MILF側及び市民社会）が、広島大学を訪問します。現在進行形の和平プロセスに
ついての意見交換の機会です。ふるってご参加ください。

報告者：小倉清子
（ネパールの政治情勢に精通したジャーナリスト。1993年よりネパールに在住。
2001年からマオイストに関する取材・調査を続ける。著書『王国を揺るがした60
日』（亜紀書房）は３ヵ国語で出版。『ネパール王制解体』（日本放送出版協会）
など。）

*Ms. Ogura is the journalist well versed in the political situation of Nepal. Her coverage and investigation about ‘’Maoist’ is continued from 2001. Her famous book: "60 days which shook the kingdom" is already translated into three languages.
