「平和構築の現地主導性と国際平和拠点への道」

【概要】：本研究会では、豊富な経験を有する二人の論者が、“現地主導”と“国際平和”をキーワードとした平和構築の今後の取り組みを展望した。ハイペック実施委員長の吉田修は、HiPeC-Ⅱにおいて推進されたこの１年間の活動を振り返り、国内外のネットワーク作りと学際的研究環境に重点を置くことで、広島大学の実践的平和構築研究能力を高めていく必要性を強調した。つづいて、広島県地域政策局の橋本康男国際部長は、現在広島県が進めている「国際平和拠点構想」について、広島の平和拠点性を高めるための国際化と平和貢献の二本柱を軸とした具体的取り組みや将来の方向性について全体的な展望を示した。

【Outline】：Two speakers who have abundant experiences on international affairs viewed the future measure of Peacebuilding which made the keyword "local initiative" and "international peace."
Yoshida Osamu looked back upon the activities of HiPeC-II during this year, and he emphasized the necessity of making a network and interdisciplinary academic environment to heighten the practical peace building research capability of Hiroshima University.
Continuing, Hashimoto Yasuo showed the overall view about the internationalization and peace contribution project for improving the potentiality of Hiroshima as "peace hub" through an explanation about "Hiroshima International Peace Base Plan".
